At the same time, the Provincial Departments of Commerce and Finance of some provinces combined the industrial development characteristics and needs of their respective provinces, and formed staggered support with the national "Catalog of Technologies and Products Encouraged for Import", and also revised and improved the "Catalog of Technologies and Products Encouraged for Import" at the provincial level.
