联合国环境规划署发布了《食物浪费指数报告2024》,报告说,2022年全球人均浪费食物132公斤,占消费者可获得食物总量的五分之一。食物浪费是一个全球性问题,目前世界上仍有约7.83亿人遭受饥饿。
